I create from feeling.
I believe that to make something is to show the world who you are. In my physical work (furniture, industrial design, craft), that means studying relationships between people, objects, and environments. Seeking to evoke positive feelings in people through the way they experience the physical world.
In my visual work (graphics, images, media), it means translating that same meaning into something people understand, evoking feeling through media.
I approach everything from a place of wonder, which is why my work spans so many mediums. I have a BFA in Product Design from Parsons, and I’ve picked up new practices at every point in my career.
